          Payment Terms 

After booking, we will notify you by e-mail about the details of the bank transfer.

As an advance, 50% of the total price must be paid within 24 hours of the confirmation of the reservation, upon which arrival the reservation is considered final.

In the event of a 50% advance payment, the remaining amount must be paid upon arrival or with one of the payment options.

     Cancellation conditions 

The reservation can be canceled free of charge 14 days before arrival.

From the 14th day before arrival, we charge a 50% penalty, and if the guest does not arrive on the day of the reservation without prior notice, 100% of the ordered service will be charged as a penalty.

           Use of accommodation service 

Pursuant to the legislation that entered into force on September 1, 2021, the accommodation service provider must record the personal data of all guests using the accommodation service upon arrival via a document reader and then forward it to the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA). This provision also applies to children under the age of 18.

Pursuant to the above, we can only accept guests at our accommodation who have a valid identity document: identity card, driver's license or passport.
